The national flag of Belgium is a tricolor of three bands of black, yellow, and red.

Officially the flag has unusual proportions of 13:15 which is rarely used. More common version is 2:3, which is used even by the government. But because this project is all about official proportions, this pattern uses the rarer configuration.
